Designing Voice Driven Experiences with Alexa, Google Assistant, Cortana and Microsoft AI (200)

Speaker: Noelle LaCharite

Voice Assistants provide a set of built-in abilities that enable customers to interact with devices in a more intuitive way using voice. Examples of these skills include the ability to play music, answer general questions, set an alarm or timer and more. With the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure, you can easily build your own voice applications that run across any device and are hosted in the cloud. Customers can then access your skill simply by asking Alexa, Google, or Cortana a question or making a command. This session will teach you proven best practices for designing voice user interfaces (VUI), how to maximize usability of your voice experience, and how to create compelling voice experiences with Microsoft Azure and Bot Framework.
